The 1100 square feet apartmenthas 3 queen and can comfortably accommodate 3 couples. The spacious and sunny living room overlooks the ancient Sephora tree in the rear garden and is furnished with a luxurious suede sofa bed.

An L shaped extension off the living room can be closed off with simple Japanese Shoji sliding doors, to form a smaller private bedroom. This is furnished with a stylish double bed that sleeps two people comfortably.

The master bedroom is naturally sunlit from 2 large windows, has a sleek queen bed with side tables and a walk in closet. The marble bathroom is equipped with a high pressure shower, a wall mounted hair dryer and many storage cabinets.

The cheerful kitchen overlooking Third Street has honey maple wood cabinets with stone counters and is equipped with new stainless steel appliances - a gas cooking range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster.
