This gem has the entire upper floor for the master suite, which includes a fireplace as well as a private balcony. The main floor has 1 queen bedroom with en-suite, as well as 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and en-suite.

On the main floor, youll also find a study/den/tv room complete with queen sofa bed and fireplace. The lower floor has 1 queen bedroom with en-suite and media/entertainment room. The media/entertainment room, which opens onto an outdoor patio, includes a fireplace, sectional sofa, bar kitchen, dishwasher and beer keg fridge/dispenser. The patio offers a beautiful view of Nicklaus North Golf Course's 12th fairway as you sit next to open fire pit and small peaceful waterfall pond. A large outdoor cooking grill is on another balcony with stunning mountain views off the Great Room.

There is a double car garage for secured parking and two other spots in the driveway entering the garage.

Booking Any rental offering shall be addressed by the concerned Host to the Guests. If You request a booking for an accommodation You are interested in, You will be asked to provide Your credit card information and billing address. HouseTrip will obtain a pre-authorization on Your credit card for the total amount of Your request to ensure that You have the necessary amount of funds available to cover the transaction, but will not charge Your card at that time. If Your booking is accepted by the Host for the dates set forth in your request, the payment process described under para. 8 will apply. If You provide Us with a confirmation from the Host that Your booking has been duly cancelled, HouseTrip will return the advanced payment provided for under para. 8.b; provided, however, that such cancellation occurs up to three days prior to the beginning of Your stay as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
